How do I set my business data?
The following page shows how to set your business data from the invoicefu interface. Foremost, you need to sign in the application. Once logged, click the 'MY ACCOUNT' button
of the header menu to access your personal data. Click then the red 'Business data' button of the left menu.
Address
This part of the formulary let you set or modify the address of your company: business name, address, city, province, postal code and business zone.
While selecting the business zone, invoicefu will configure your account with sensible information for your zone, such as currency and taxes. You will be able to review and change the configuration at any time.
Company numbers
Depending of the country where your company is based, it could have been given an identification number and/or a tax registration number.
This part of the formulary permits you to set or edit the wordings and the values of these two data (company number type, company number, tax number type and tax number). These data will appear on the invoice.
Business logo
If you have one, you can upload the logo of your company, it will appear on your invoices when you'll generate them. You can delete a logo by clicking the dustbin icon located at its bottom right corner.

Company ID in Spain
In Spain the company ID is the DNI/NIF. Just enter DNI or DNI/NIF in the field "Company ID Type" and your DNI/CIF (X25465727 for example) in the field "Company Id".
If you are going to send invoices to UE clients and you are registered as a intracommunitary operator, you can directly enter your ID as the "Company Id" or if you prefer you can use the
Tax Id Fields.

Company ID in the UK
In the UK, the most common ID is the "VAT Registration Number". In some cases, you might want to also add your "Company Registered No". If so, just use the Tax Id fields.
