How do I set my taxes data?
The following page shows how to set your taxes data from the invoicefu interface. Foremost, you need to sign in the application. Once logged, click the 'MY ACCOUNT' button
of the header menu to access your personal data. Click then the red 'Taxes' button of the left menu.
Taxes
As shown below, you can configure taxes for your invoices. To add a tax, click the 'Add tax' link. the taxes will appear on each of your new invoices. If there is a particular invoice in which you want to change the name, the amount or totally remove a tax line, you can do so directly when creating that invoice.
Which taxes you must exactly apply depends on your country/state and on your particular activities. When first setting the account, invoicefu will configure your taxes with some sensitive information for your local area, but if you are not sure which taxes you need to apply, we recommend you clarify it with your accountant.
Withholdings
You can also set negative taxes (also known as a withholding tax). To add a witholdings tax, click the 'Add retention' link.
Witholdings taxes will appear on each of your new invoices as a negative tax. If there is a particular invoice in which you want to change the name, the amount or totally remove a withholding line, you can do so directly when creating that invoice.

Taxes in Spain
In Spain, the most common tax is IVA (VAT), but in Ceuta & Melilla the IPSI is more common.
In the case of freelance workers, it's very usual to apply the IRPF withholding. This withholding is not frequent in the case of companies.

Taxes in Saudi Arabia
Usually, there are no taxes in Saudi Arabia invoices.
If the recipient of your invoice is not a Saudi Arabia resident, you might have to apply a withholding tax. Withholding taxes can be configured on the "Taxes" section of the "MY ACCOUNT" menú.
Taxes in the US
In the US, you might be subject to a Sales Tax (State + local tax) depending on your goods/services and the address you are invoicing to.
Usually, there are no withholdings in US invoices.
